Access to all of our users' information is restricted. Tamretail.com operates in a secured and locked facility that requires all employees to check in and wear valid ID badges. Security cameras are positioned throughout the building in conjunction with multiple alarm systems. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. If you wish to have your financial information removed at the time of your order, you may opt to have your financial information deleted from our records upon completion of your order. All Tamretail.com servers, including web servers and database servers, are housed and maintained in secure locations. Access to the database is strictly monitored and protected from outside access. Internet access is restricted and protected by multiple Checkpoint and Cisco firewalls and password protection. The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secured environment, inside a secured and locked room. All backups are stored and locked in a high-level security room. Only personnel with proper security clearance have access to these restricted areas. Tape backups are not permitted to leave the premises without prior authorization.

All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, in addition to any time a new policy is added, Tamretail.com employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance of privacy, and what they can do to ensure that customers' information remains protected at all times.

Return Policy

Overall Return Guidelines

These are Tam Retail's Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Tam Retail website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Tam Retail Customer Service through any of the methods provided at https://help.Tam Retail.com/contactus.

All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to Tam Retail within 30 days regardless of the individual return policy.
Products that are received by Tam Retail in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
- Any product not purchased from Tam Retail
- Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., A return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection)
- Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product

- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage

This is our Replacement Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Tam Retail states "This item may be returned for a replacement within 30 days only") must be returned to Tam Retail within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued. Products subject to this policy cannot be returned for a refund.
